Ellie Stok
My name is Ellie Stok and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade again! This will be my 4th year teaching and my 4th year at Kendallvue. I taught 5th grade for two years and this will now be my second year in 3rd grade. I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Elementary Education.
Outside of the classroom, I like spending time outside hiking, reading, hanging with friends & family, traveling, going to concerts, cooking, taking my dog on walks, and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones and MN Vikings!
I believe that in order to establish a positive classroom environment, it is crucial to develop strong relationships with students that build on their interests, curiosities, and strengths. I want students to be eager to come to school each day and to leave each day with a smile on their face. In our classroom, I want students to feel safe, included, and worthy. I look forward to a year full of learning, lots of laughter, and making memories that'll last forever!

Hi! My name is Jen Leslie and I am so excited to be your teacher this year! Through the years, I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades and am thrilled to be back in 3rd grade this year.
When I’m not at school I love going on adventures. Backpacking in the mountains and exploring new countries are some of my favorite things to do. I also like to see silly things when I take road trips. I have a four-year-old and a one-year-old, so be ready to hear a lot of stories about them!
I am so very excited to get to spend the year with you and I look forward to all the adventures we will have together in 3rd grade!
